Getting Started

Hello there, #rapidlauncher! Welcome ๐Ÿ‘‹. Excited to get started? We are too! Here's a quick overview of our powerful boilerplate. Let's get your project off the ground, fast and furious!

Once you're done here, dive into our tutorial, and you'll be ready to launch your project in just ~5 minutes. Let's build that dream startup, RAPIDLY โšก๏ธ

The first thing you need to know is that RapidLaunch is a boilerplate for Nuxt.js, a Vue.js framework. It is all about speed and simplicity, so you can focus on what matters most: your idea ๐Ÿ’ก.

RapidLaunch was build with the following principles in mind:

These are the main key factors that make RapidLaunch so powerful, and why you should use it:

Speed
RapidLaunch is all about speed. It allows you to create a web application in minutes, not hours or days.

Simplicity
It is built with the idea of simplicity in mind. It is easy to use and easy to understand. You don't need to be an expert to use it. I've developed it with the idea in mind that you don't need to learn it, you just need to use it. The configuration is minimal, and the boilerplate is highly opinionated.

Flexibility
It is all layer based, so you can add or remove layers as you wish. It is built with the idea of flexibility in mind. You can also override any of the components or modules that are included in the boilerplate.

Extensibility
It allows you to add new features easily. You can add new layers, components, modules, etc. without having to modify the boilerplate itself. That also allows you to focus on your idea instead of spending hours setting up the boilerplate. I will extend the boilerplate with new features, components and also templates over time.

Documentation
The whole idea behind this project is to make it as easy as possible for you to get started. Don't be overwhelmed by the amount of documentation, it is there to help you get started. Most of it is for when you need to dive deeper into the boilerplate. But of course you are welcome to read it all, and provide feedback if you feel that something is missing or incorrect.
